Easy to work with and a fantastic tutorial!

If you fairly new to WP then you can’t go wrong with this theme, beats the others by a country mile. Easy to use and control with the right plugins. If you need help the support is first class, good response, accurate and you get a result every time.

No nonsense theme highly recommended.

The front page widgets do not work! I love the design of this, but those widgets do not come in or appear at all! I followed the instructions verbatim, and it is still not working. I changed the Reading setting…which messed up the blog roll page loading and the front page. Also, you can’t mark the page as !Front Page, because that text shows up in the menu bar and on the front page. Yes, I got the plugin to make that invisible, but…again, it might make it disappear in the menu bar, but not on the front page itself. Also, the not all of the widgets show up for the customization view, so you can’t even try to get it to work on the front page from that end either! I’m really disappointed with this theme.

I just started with my first Blog from the south of crete island (greece) with this theme and i love it!

I’ve been customizing WordPress for my own websites since 2011. I’ve been doing Child Themes for friends and family since 2014. When I retired from my start-up last year I started a WordPress Consulting business. At first all I did was fix broken sites with terrible custom themes. Then I started introducing clients to child themes but letting them choose from anything with a free theme on WordPress.org or promoted by WordPress.org in the Commercial Themes section. That produced some big headaches with code that didn’t work right that I ended up fixing with free time. It wasn’t the clients fault that the code sucked. I let them choose it.

Then, along the way I started also doing sub-contract work. As a sub, one of my parent companies found and introduced me to Longevity.

Within the first couple of hours of working with it, my reaction was wow. Andre even included a child theme for me! Not only that but he gave me a list of plugins that were all simply fantastic double wow.

IMHO, when you choose a Shaped Pixels theme, you are at the crossroads where competence meets brilliance.

This theme is awesome. Versatile. Eye catching. Easy to use. I was sick of block images and static verbiage. Can’t say enough good things about it. The instructions on how to set it up to look like the demo was very well laid out and easy to figure out. Good job.

I thought I had given a review before, but I can’t find it, so here is an update. I am in the process of using this theme on a third website. The first I customized the colors and text, the second I did a replacement of the ‘wave’ banner graphic and the third I am again replacing the graphic.

It is a great theme to work with, very easy to customize and my clients love it. The best part is the developer who is great about ongoing theme development and improvements, as well as fantastic support. Having a helpful theme author with a free theme is a rare thing and a huge plus. I am looking forward to seeing future themes from them.
