  • Customer Support By VoxSocial, 2017-06-03 via themeforest.net The overall framework has a lot of CSS, but is otherwise fairly lightweight and easy to manage. We were looking for something that we could get up quickly without too much hassle and this ended up being a good fit.
    It should be noted that this template does not come with a child theme, which is somewhat troublesome.
    The theme still has some bugs, but Pego's Support team has been pretty spot on about getting back to us quickly and getting them resolved. I suspect it's because it's a newer theme, but they'll get them worked out.
    Overall, would definitely buy from these guys again. I wish this overall package was more put together, but customer support in filling in the gaps has been great.

    Auch ist das Menü nicht einstellbar, d.h es ist nur versteckt.
    Des weiteren scrollt das Theme zu weit nach unten... Bei den Slider Ankerpunkten.
    Und zuletzt der Support, der nicht existent ist, ich habe schon zwei E-Mails für die Katz geschrieben und ein Ticket-System für Anfragen gibt es scheinbar auch nicht.
    Ein Update gab es zuletzt im August.
    Der Ersteller hat sich bei mir zwar mehrfach per E-Mail gemeldet, aber nichts getan, außer immer wieder erneut zu fragen, ob das Problem noch besteht... Nach der 3ten Antwort von mir komme ich mir natürlich total verarscht vor und auf Support kann man hier wirklich vergebens warten und wird wie gesagt noch richtig verarscht!
    Finger weg lassen, ich hätte es mir kein zweites mal gekauft und bin sehr enttäuscht, vor allem von diesem unseriösen Support.
    Selbst 1 Stern zu viel!

  • Customer Support By isphttp, 2016-11-24 via themeforest.net Nach einer Woche keine Antwort auf meine Support Anfrage, was soll man dazu noch sagen? Ich werde die Probleme wohl alleine Lösen müssen, weil es hier keinen Support gibt.
    Bewertung nur für den überaus schlechten Support, dass Theme an sich ist aber schön.
  • Customer Support By isphttp, 2016-11-19 via themeforest.net Der Kundenservice ist wirklich nicht der schnellste, nach 3 Tagen immer noch keine Antwort und auch bei der vorangegangen E-Mail ließ die Antwort länger auf sich warten.
    Kein guter Support...
    Das Design ist dagegen in Ordnung.
