Theme generally looks OK and has quite a lot of features, but it needs some work to fulfill its promise.
First of all, be aware that what you see at the demo pages, isn't the actual theme. These are just plain HTML templates. Actual WordPress theme implementation isn't perfect and it isn't 1:1 inline with the demo HTML templates. Some of the features, like "show more portfolio items via AJAX" are not available. Also, different stylistic features like some paddings here and there and not so polished in the WordPress theme as they being advertised at demo (especially if you look at different responsive scenarios).
Code quality isn't too bad, but it's not top notch either. Code is a bit bloated, CSS is fragmented into bit weird file structure. Also quite lot of the CSS is being added inline with style tag, and it's not just stuff customizable from admin panel - it could be organized better I believe. When you look at the HTML output of the actual theme (not the demo templates), you can see lots of stuff going on there, unnecessary HTML comments, a lot of HTTP requests which could be optimized.
Support is generally OK, they are responsive and try to help you, but they have to operate on what they got in terms of the actual theme, so your requests for bug fixes might sometimes take quite long, and if some bug require too much time investment it might not be resolved at all.
Normally I'd give the theme 3 stars, but because of false advertising (showing more polished plain HTML templates on demo pages instead the real theme) I have to go for 2.
I wish the team best and hope they can improve in the future.
