In the beginning - i bought the Theme shortly after its release- the Theme had some "theething problems" but in the end, the CP Customer support did their very best to solve any upcoming porblems, be it with quick fixes or custom code... So all in all, a big thumbs up.

Avoid this Theme! Its absolutely broken & Support Team are useless!
I bought this theme about 3 weeks ago & immediately ran into problems, but persisted because it has great potential. After trying to be nice & having a dedicated folder with screen shots of all the themes issue. 3 weeks later Support team has yet to resolve one.
These are not glitched unique to me... they are ones that every buyer will face & all the support team will do it bodge job your website or in my case break it entierly.
Example:
Maintenance mode doesn't work at all, their solution, create an un-editable Maintenance mode page and tell me to make it my static home page. To which has a massive background picture of a Starving/Homeless African child, nothing to do with my NGO at all but can't change it.
Team Members, its to big & completely clashes with any & all side bars = Useless.
Changing the themes colour will do so for the middle part of the top bar... however the left & right side remain the same as preview colour, their solution, remove the whole bar by selected Home Style 1 instead of using Home Style 2 - Sorry you can't have style 1 unless you want to keep same colour as Preview.
Preview Text - This theme works with Visual Composer, a great editing tool - You HAVE TO HAVE Visual composer to edit this theme! Great! I use this alot anyway. So why on every preview text like Related Blog, Features, Projects, etc it displays the Visual Composer Code? Hell it even displayed the HTML code when I Hyper Links text.
These are just a few issues I found before the support team broke my website with a .php file they told me to upload to fix something... which it didn't fix. They keep telling me it all works fine on their end or keep asking for login credentials when I have giving it to them already. They kept replying useless replies to bounce the ticket around.
I tried & wanted to be nice to the developers but there is only so much BS a human can take.

After working with this Theme for a few weeks and working with ironing out the many bugs this Theme has... I have upgraded my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star.
There are still many bugs, but the support staff are quick to respond and fix issues.
This theme deserves a 5 star its a great theme... I just believe they released it to soon. Causing me much frustration loss of time and energy.
Still working with support staff. I assume they are working in a patch update soon.
Awesome theme though!!!

Easily one of the best looking themes I have worked with but has bugs and will 5 star this theme in a heart beat once bugs smoothed out.
Just a prefix - I have had this website for years and these bugs came once I changed the theme and all plugins are up to date and premium paid for.
1. The inbuilt Maintenance mode just doesn't work, I thought because I was in Dashboard area but now, I checked on another computer. So I got a separate plugin for this.
2. The blog post grid/feature area previous the Visual Compose Code as its preview text. Which was a surprise for a theme that works with VC so for example my features text looks like:
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Welcome to the best Fat Burning...
3.I can't find where to hide the Author of posts/articles? We already have an Author box at the bottom of each article, Our web developer up loaded the articles & now this theme has automatically put his name at the top of post next to the date... It now looks like he wrote the articles.
4. Home Style 1 - Changing the colour of the theme doesn't seem to effect the left side of the Head Banner at the very top where the Social Media Icons are... always stays the original colour of the theme.
5.Project w/Videos keeps saying in inspect elements errors that there is some sort of blocker on any YouTube or Vemo video I put and never loads.
There are other errors like I am unable to edit Pages, it tends to come up in white blank blocks where editable options should be but Post I can edit just fine.
I have only been with the theme for a few days and found quite alot of issues but have yet to determine if it is actually the theme... even though I believe it is.
But really really great theme guys welldone. I will 100% 5 star this once all the "new release" bugs get ironed out.
