AccessPress is awesome company to work with. I own two of their themes. Customer support is quick to reply and always very knowledgeable and helpful. They stand behind their product and do what they say as well! Thanks guys!!

Support team solve live Jetpack caused problem.

the Accesspress themes are clean and sharp, but what is making the difference is the support team.
i don’t remember last time i was in touch with an equivalent support team in term of speed, efficiency and competencies

The theme has bug and dev will not advise on a fix. Wasted a lot of time putting a site together and they could care less!

Not a happy camper to say the least!

If you want a theme that is mobile ready – take something else.

This is great, if you like pain.

>> Add this tracking software hidden in the theme.

>> Upgrade destroyed settings, poof, now there’s a full page slider.

>> UI metaphors are based on something in another language.

>> Site origin BS required, comes with it’s own upgrade process. Now I have two upgrade paths to manage.

>> WordPress admin toolbar removed. Pain and suffering.

>> 5 million theme options randomly spread around the dashboard, wp menu items, theme options and customizer. The ux couldn’t be more random without getting pigeons involved. Nothing makes sense. Anything I learn from this setup will make lifer harder when I return to using a normal theme.

>> Using this theme feels like being a beta tester for teletubbie software.

>> Simple things like aligning an image to right becomes painful. You’ll be working with an editor in an editor with a new metaphor by site origin.

>> It will be exciting to learn what version of the required “Site Origin” plugin we end up with once “AccessPress Ray” decides to stop releasing updates.

>> Requires Contact Form 7 (which I love) but cannot use on this site. So I lose 10% of my screen at the top so I can be reminded by the developer that I need to activate Contact Form 7.

Their live chat support is awesome. They’ve been able to help me with everything I’ve wanted to do on my site. Would definitely recommend this theme to anyone.

My best recommendation! The AP themes are generell very professional for most kinds of tasks and taste. The balanced header partie, the simple and nice menu design, the compatibility to the most plugins and alle the features… Unique!!! For me the best themes. I lost a lot of time before on studing some other themes. Now i am lucky to have AP Themes. It is worth to work intensively with these themes and finding more details inside.

Very beautiful theme. Just started with my site, but AccessPress Ray makes it a lot easier. So many great options. I had a little snag, but contacted live support and problem was fixed on the spot. Thanks AccessPress Team!

Great theme to use! Very easy to navigate and customize a site and the theme options panel is awesome!

I’m totally happy with the theme. Updates / fixes should come a litle more often.
