I like this theme a lot!!!

I would like the front page to be “home” and include the slider, “Frontpage Box” items and latest post but have the posts feed into an “articles” page.

However when I go through the steps to make the Front page display “home” and the “article” page display posts. It doesn’t work.

Instead what happens is the “article page gets the slider and Frontpage Box and latest posts, but the home page has nothing on it. Conversely if I leave it as is there seems no way to have posts feed into a different page.

Does Agama Blue not built to support this possibility?

I have read through https://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page but am not savvy enough to translate exactly what is gong on.

If I were to add the php code to get posts on a different page how would I do this? Thank you!

This page implies that your theme is meant to feed posts into the front only.

When the static front page feature is configured properly, WordPress will not use a Custom Page Template to display the blog posts index, even if a Custom Page Template is assigned to the page designated as the “Posts page”. WordPress will only use either home.php or index.php.
When the Custom Page Template is assigned to a static page other than the one designated as the “Posts page,” the blog posts index loop pagination will not work properly.

complete, easy and clean theme. The best I haved tested!

I have tested the FREE Version of Agama and I was surprised, which very good Theme it is. After that, I decided to buy the PRO Version of Agama. It is coming with many tools and many user-definable settings for a very good price.
Little time later I have need support, because of a setting that does not work right. And support solution and reaction time was great. It takes only few minutes to get an answer and directly solving the problem.
So I can highly recommend the FREE version of Agama and the PRO Version too.

You can easily implement your own features via child theme using Agama. Your site will never crash after that. Basic theme is really nice for developers if they want to develop WordPress site in fast and nice-looking way.

I’ve been using WordPress for about 10 years and this theme really hits the nail on the head when one thinks of evolution. The entire system is intuitive and ramping up is a cinch for any decent webmaster. Having fun now writing some custom CSS and creating my own template pages. Can’t say anything bad about this fun and pro-style theme. I hope it continues a while.

One of the by far best themes availabe. Really modern and right in time with its design. Also extremely flexible wich gives you the possibility to adjust according to your needs.

Not sure what theme the 2 star review was using, but all those features are present in the free version.
