Excellent Theme – Excellent Support

I picked this theme because I was looking for a responsive site that had clear navigation and a professional and a clean look, the Lite version has great functionality and you have options for most things.
I made a few changes to the look of the blog and had a few queries as a WordPress novice and the support that Towfiq provided was excellent! More than happy to help with any questions and found solutions to my queries quicker than if I’d used a web design consultancy to build the site.
No hesitation in recommending and thank you for an amazing website – it’s just what I wanted!

I downloaded Asteria Lite and did like the theme but was then drawn in to their advert that the Pro version was even better with “unlimited lifetime support”. NOT TRUE!!! I have run into problems with the Pro version and they do not answer email requests for support. Download the free version but DO NOT buy the Pro version; there is absolutely no value added.

I was looking thru a lot of themes for my wordpress with woocommerce plugin. But no theme could satisfy me. I was looking at free and at themes you have to pay for. Then i finally found Asteria and it has exactly the look i was looking for. On top of it Asteria has a header feature so i can avoid installing another plugin for that.

I recently purchased Asteria Pro to create a website for my new business. I love the responsive nature of the theme let alone the simplicity of its’ application. The best part of all is the support. Towfiq I (the designer) is amazing. He has helped to guide me along with the utilization of the software and gets back to me within hours of my inquiry. Whenever I seem to hit a bump in the road, Towfiq I is always there to remove the barrier. I give it 5 stars all the way around! Thanks Towfiq I.
