One of the neat and simple themes-giving an overall elegant effect

With the newly added dev tools, in version 3.0.12, you can enable tooltips for admin users to see what functions generate different content in the site, and what actions and filters are available for each function.

This makes customizing the layouts and the output a breeze compared with most other themes.

Very well documented and active forum support.

I initially gave Customizr only 2 stars and a lukewarm review. Now I am revising my rating upward and giving it a thumbs up! fter spending some time in the Customizr support sites, both on WordPress and the theme developer’s site (http://www.themesandco.com/customizr/), I was able to work through my issues, mostly related to being one of those non-developer/DIY types.

Once you understand how to work with the theme, especially the slider and the featured pages, it falls into place quite elegantly!

I would advise newbies and non-techies to check out the Customizr page on the Themes and Co site, URL above. A little time there can save you a lot of time later. Especially watch the videos. They go fast so you may need to pause, but they’re helpful.

There is one little thing I cannot work out! How can I change the color (yellow) fron e9a825 to ffff00? Tried adjusting it on yellow.css but there is no result….

It’s working great for me. Exactly fits my needs, but since three column layout was not it’s main focus I switched to willingness theme.

I’m pretty new at this “stuff” but so far liking the design…especially the optional integrated slider and feature post settings.

The only issues I’ve had so far has been the slider auto-play not being compatible with WP Deferred javaScript. Jetpack’s photon is not compatible with the bubble image style and just creates a plain image.

My biggest disappointment is the inability to easily change the font size in the sidebars, as well as change the actual title size and menu size. Probably a piece of cake for a lot of you out there but like I said earlier, I’m a noob so I am struggling sorting through the web to find solutions to these issues and I get easily lost looking at code.

Nonetheless, I’m giving it a four star rating because most of it I’m enjoying so far. Thanks.

Apart from the slider problems, I’m really enjoying this theme.

Really enjoying this theme, it is great to use and really flexible to mod.
A few niggles here and there ( sidebar settings etc ) but the quality outweighs any of the problems.
Keep up the great work Nik and thanks very much for all your effort.
