However it is buggy, not working with the packaged files and the code quality is terrible.
Bugs By ZLEDLighting, 2016-11-08 via themeforest.net I've had nothing but problems with this theme. None of the 1-click demo data loaded properly, either. Very frustrating, especially for the cost. Wouldn't recommend.

Documentation Quality By thema45789E, 2016-10-29 via themeforest.net In your documentation, you start of quite well. Towards the installation process of the theme itself "Theme Update", you instruct to "Activate a different theme. Delete the previous version of Ecoenergy and re-upload the new Wordpress Installable files that you have downloaded from Themeforest in the 1st step."
1. Delete the previous version of EcoEnergy. of the theme? of the folder? When the theme is deleted, how do you re-upload it (a .zip file) having Wordpress installable files?
Regarding the plugins, "Plugins Installation".
When all the plugins you request are installed, the whole site breaks. Another bug.

Customizability By cdgdesign, 2016-08-25 via themeforest.net Absolutely a nightmare of a theme, costs as much as Avada, pretty much same statements in the description, however it's far from responsive & 'highly customisable', doesn't give you an option to customise mobile version of a site, To change certain colours you need to go into code. Very disappointed. Those guys refused a refund even. Would NOT recommend it to anybody.

We understand your concern, however, our theme is fully responsive and customisable. You can edit responsive theme version separately in the css file which is common for Wordpress themes. Our technical support operators provide assistance with that. Unfortunately, you have not provided us with the screenshots showing what exactly you want to modify.
Most theme colours can be edited in the admin panel and some colours of the elements should be altered in the files. This is also a usual practice for changing colours.
