Superb support!! And a great theme that have many facilities for you to make it youre own.

Can be more responsive and there is always space for improvement.

I originally bought this theme because it looked simple and clean. I didn’t need a complex theme because the website is a pretty basic business site with about, services, contact, and limited shopping cart. After trying to build the site I found the theme to be very buggy:

1. No way to set the order of services displayed on the homepage. They recommend a post order plug in but it does not work.

2. Service templates 1 and 2 only show randomly ordered service icons and descriptions. You cannot add text, such as a general description of services (even though you can input it on the backend it does not display). And the icons for the services aren’t even links to those individual service pages (which were previously set on another widget page). So not sure how to even change that.

3. Simple things like footer text not showing up.

4. Blog posts cannot be ordered. And the blog template page has no display options.

5. The theme is not well documented, it is very basic.

I asked for a refund. Save yourself time and money there are better themes out there which make life much easier.

I new to website building. I tried out a few other website building programmes, but finally settled on WP. I bough a few themes but nothing really worked the way I wanted it to. There were always something missing in the one which is in the other (you know that problem). I then found and installed the Enigma free version. It was really easy to get it up and running and the results was exactly what I wanted.
I decided to upgrade to the Premium version. Initially I was quite disappointed as I had to redo quite a few things on the website. However the more I used it the more I loved it as it allows a lot of customisation. When I got stuck with some issues I got onto the Helpdesk. The support was really good and my issues were resolved in no time. Now the site is looking and working exactly the way I wanted it.
I can strongly recommend this to anybody wanting a modern website and will use it for my other websites as well.

From a complete WP beginner to a completed site in 2 weeks thanks to this theme and the quick response form the support team. Recommend the Pro version for the additional features and customisation. Great job guys.

Support questions are always answered. Answers always fix what you are trying to accomplish. Theme is easy to work with once you understand how the home page is set up. Highly recommend this theme.

I loved the Theme

I chose this theme, as it provides any of the criteria that a modern website needs, as there is: easy to customize, designfull and clean looking, responsiveness, fluid design and sensefull categories like service and portfolio.
I also got a very quick response from the support team, when I was asking a question via e-mail. I like that :-).

MAN! What a pain in the (*&(*& Everything I want to do is a major pain in the butt and most of what I want to do still wont work. I cannot even get full width on my home page. ALL others work fine. Seems like every fix for this theme is a custom CSS or child theme….NOT user friendly.
