Hi,

I have just completed my website using the Exclusive theme.

There were one or two issues I couldn’t resolve myself. I got in contact with the support team and Sona in particular.

I have to say I am extremely impressed with her response times and how professional she was to work with. There are no many software companies with such a great service. If fact I can safely say that this was the best experience I have had to date with a support team.

Highly recommended.

Being a noob at all this, some of my questions must have been lame, but everything needed to get us off and running has been addressed and even a more complicated issue that other forums have no help, is resolved. Very happy with this theme and the people that propel it!

Unfortunately too less options on board to change font and color if not using css. I bought all themes from them, tried them to the point just to want to get rid of them. Bugs in the application itself (description hidden behind color selectors, slider don’t work right, blog pages keep jumping when switching to another page and so on.

It doesn’t make sense to put something half finished on the market and then to say to get in contact with them when experiancing problems … above all when having such a lot to fix.

Wasted time and money.

My compliments to the webdorado support team. Only minutes after I asked for help to get my logo on a certain place on my site, they had already done it for me. They even did it better than I asked for.
No questions, no registrations, no administrative hassle, Just action and support. Fantastic!
I have quite some experience with support organisations all over the world. This support beats it all.

Zakupiłem ten szablon dla klienta
Napisze tak szablon jest bardzo łatwy i podatny na wszelkie modyfikacje.
Jestem wraz z klientem bardzo zadowolony z tego zakupu.
Dodatkowo napiszę, ze support stoi na mega wysokim poziomie. Support odpowiada błyskawicznie i poprawiało to co ja sam już nie mogłem lub nie wiedziałem gdzie poprawić.

I found the theme quite attractive and flexible …but the support was even much better. They responded very quickly and creatively to my concerns – not being very savvy with HTML. Exclusive is great, especially if you are not a developer or pro and need a high quality result.

I Purchased this theme and ran into a few design issues. The makers of the theme, Web Dorado, were extremely helpful and went beyond my expectations to help me get the most out of this theme. The theme itself is easy to use and customize, but the makers are top notch when it comes to support. Love working with people who like to help others!

Had some minor issues in the beginning; however, the WebDorado support team was fantastic and did not rest until the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction. It would be great if all support teams were like this!!

Great options for the designers!!! So easy to change various styles within the theme code. Though I was fine with the theme, but my customer was very specific about the pages, had no problem making the customization’s within the code.

The theme looked amazing with its preview, so I decided to give it a try. The back end of the theme is really intuitive. The team was willing to answer my questions, which was super nice of them, though I have not purchased the theme. Though, sure I will do.
