I had a guy Amir working on mine after I paid for it just to make it look like the demo and he couldn't figure out anything and I spent 6 hours not knowing what I was doing and figured more than 75% out myself then he went and wiped out all the work I did and brought me back to the beginning just to try and blame it on my Host. Very unprofessional, lacked any knowledge and was very slow in response time. Beware you pay and get a blank slate so you do not get what the actual demo looks like.

  • Bugs By thegarneragency, 2017-02-04 via themeforest.net The WooCommerce integration is out of date. We're getting all sorts of errors if we try to implement. Support has been of no help. It's a wonderful looking theme if you're just using the brochure part of it, but we have to have a working WooCommerce part of the site.

    Have spent 4 months trying to rectify a problem and too far down the development to turn back!
    Envato also didn't really help and push them to resolve the issue.

    I have checked that you have 15 tickets and you got response for all tickets.
    You can give specific ticket ID for checking your issues.
    Also, you can ask a refund.
  • Code Quality By hypergalaxyltd, 2016-11-06 via themeforest.net Theme doesn't integrate well with Woocommerce (throws up integration errors, customer account pages have no styling and shop front end not intuitive (add to cart buttons opening product pages instead of adding to cart, product images in category view do nothing when clicked etc) although in the spec the theme developer declares Woocommerce support.
    Have tried to outline these issues with the developer via support tickets but they do not seem to understand the issue I highlight (to their credit they are trying, unsuccessfully).

  • Bugs By antecedo, 2016-10-19 via themeforest.net Full of bugs and lacks the functionality which you'd expect from their demo. This theme still feels like it's being developed, do not purchase until they have updated.
