And will use it for my next projects as well. The amazing options and functionalities (my fav is the video background option and parallax page) is the best you're going to find. Other themes I've purchased have gone off of the themeforest site so no more support or updates again whatsoever, causing me huge problems. I've had to do 2 sites from scratch because of this. But not Jupiter, Artbees is constantly updating the theme with new awesome features oh and the customer support!! out of this world! Thank you, Artbees!

    1. Support tickets are hidden!
    It means you will not find an answer for a question previously asked with a solution below, like on the forum. Just submit a ticket and wait up to 48 hours. In my experience, I usually find a solution for FAQ or some CSS tweaks in others replies. I do not want to waste my time for writing questions which are already asked and solved. So if you used to work quickly in open ticket system, think about different theme. (There is community forum but is useless as you will not find an answer there).
    2. Theme has a lot of features but for me UX is bad.
    Every element in visual composer has so many options to scroll. They should do some accordions and tabs for different kind of choices. For example, if I put image as background in section i still have a lot of options for video available.
    3. Documentation is complex but explain only what is already written.
    Example Photo Album - How Many Column? Use this option to set the number of columns in the grid for the shortcode.
    4. A lot of "feature requests" are waiting since years.
    Always "Please kindly ask about this as a feature request by opening up a ticket and setting it’s type to Feature Request." For example: centered logo on mobile
    5. Not to much of advanced settings.
    Custom font on server - NO, Custom CSS sections for RWD - NO, place for Analytisc code - NO...
    6. Theme options panel is tabbed, but save button is one.
    It means if you have two tabs of settings in browser opened, one click on Save is overwriting other changes made on another tab. Very bad practice. Be carefull if you work too fast.

    We really appreciate your valuable input. You are clearly right on some of those points specially about the No.2 and No.3. About No.5, I believe those settings are already available and you can just ask from Artbees support for more details.
