The slider revolution is not licensed and neither is the visual composer. In order to get the good stuff and customize the coloring and layout functionality of both, you have to spend another $70.
My blog has never worked with this theme - a 505 error every single time I try to use the theme's blog function. As a workaround I had to use visual composer just to get my blog to appear. I've had several emails in, they've had my login information to fix it and no resolution. Feel like the ball got dropped on this completely.
I've now abandoned the theme altogether because I got tired of trying to get everything to lay out the way I wanted it to. SOOOO much work has to go into this theme. It's not naturally responsive - you have to manually set everything up. The demos will not naturally import you have to import each file individually to get the dummy data. This is a huge pain if you already have a lot of content and have to redo your layouts and elements.
