an inactive column of widgets(hidden). what to do? By archinockr, 2017-02-02 via wordpress.org

lost the ability to edit widgets on the home page, there is no area of widgets. How to add it? please help

Stained Glass is a multipurpose theme with responsive design, it can be used across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones). Stained Glass made for portfolio, e-commerce, blog, magazine and landing page websites. It has many options in the customizer: layouts (left sidebar, right sidebar, full-width, two sidebars and customizable width of columns). Also, it has 1-4 column layouts for archive/search/blog. It has a number of widgets for displaying recent posts/portfolio/products, one page navigation widgets for Jetpack's portfolio, widget for displaying social media icons, widget 'buttons', Image widget with css3 transitions and on scroll animation, widget page for building mixed layouts (right/left/two sidebars layouts on one page), favicon, logo, scroll to top, 3 nav menus, many google fonts, customizable sidebars and front page and more.     I read the 1 negative review before me but decided to install the theme anyway. Before activating it I did a live preview and it just turns to a BLANK WHITE PAGE! Glad I didn’t just activate it or it would have wiped out my work so far.

    I’m using PHP 5.5 therefore the theme is quite clearly corrupted as I had to remove the theme from my server database in order to access my wordpress admin panel again..

    cats_456 you have a grwat looking theme in principle but need to check out the errors that occur immediately after installation. With me it occurred when I activated the theme in wordpress admin. Have a look.

    Looks like a nice theme but it doesn’t actually work. Every time I tried to activate it, an error popped up and wouldn’t allow me to do anything else in WordPress. I ended up having to delete the theme completely to get back to using WordPress.

    hi There

    this is truly a great theme- will change to 5 star review if my issue can be sorted.

    i have changed the whole layout of the theme but want to revert back to the default layout- i have deleted the theme and reinstalled it and had no joy.

    please can you urgently advise how to change back to default theme.

    mobile theme is also not working

    Totally new installation of WP 4.2.2 – changed template after installation – everything blank. No way to reach the front- or backend.
    (This is my third installation on this server. The others work fine (since years))
