Installed the child theme, and have been busy customizing ever since. With patience and perseverance I have been able to do everything I have set out to do with my site thus far. Support forums at aThemes and on WordPress.org are rich with helpful information. I created an account and made my first inquiry on the aThemes Sydney theme support page and received a solution within hours. I can’t stop looking at my website. This theme is so slick!

The free version itself gives pretty good options to customize & build the website. For any issues / challenges the support team is very quick and provide solutions, even for free theme also.

Love the theme, easy to work with and looks beautiful. I would give 10 stars to the support team. They are prompt and very helpful.

A modern, clean theme with lots of options to customize. Mostly self explaining, and if that fails, support is quick and very helpful.

Would have made things easier to not have css in style.css as it will be over-ridden in a child theme …

After testing various themes, I landed on Sydney and over time convinved due to its wide customisations. The Sydney toolbox and Site Origin recommendations make this theme great. I work from Malawi where it is hard to purchase pro themes online due to lack of effective banking system, (i.e) Credit cards for purchasing stuff online are hardly provided for startups like me hence a highly customisable but free theme was a solution which I find in Sydney. And again, despite using a free version, the kind of support I get is quick and much effective. The team is always ready to help. Absolutely awesome theme for my purposes, but more than anything, I have to give huge kudos to the support staff! I’ve never felt so unalone on a theme before! Absolutely the best!

Works really well and like other themes that really charge tyou for teh stuff you need this theme provides it for free

So easy to use. Everything you need to make a single page or multi-page website. Sophisticated and Sexy!

The theme itself is very beautiful and easy to use but what I think is more commendable that their support team is extremely fast and accurate. I faced few issues and they responded and resolved within hours when I posted the question.

I’m a novice at website creation. I’ve found the Sydney theme to be easy to work with but even more have appreciated the support received from the theme’s creators.

The theme is excellent – can’t ask for more in a free version. To top this off there’s these guys’ support – they are just being overly helpful in the forums, providing assistance and ideas with regards to queries of “how do I achieve X”, not just “help, X seems to be broken”.

All in all, a very happy camper.
