Great theme with amazing support

I’m really liking the theme’s design, which is of course a bit of a personal taste issue also.
Apart from that the theme is working great (responsive and all) and it has a lot of build in options to customize it to your needs. I’ve found it quite easy to work with – as always when trying out a new theme, you need to take a few minutes to look around and check how and where to set things up. There’s a well maintained documentation also..

Slider is useless, can't customize colors or graphics

There’s no way to customize colors or fonts, set background or header images.
The slider in this theme can only be used to advertise the theme, because you can’t remove the included images and put in your own images. If you turn the slider off, you have no graphics on your front page.
You can install a plugin to create your own slider (they suggest a specific plugin for the purpose). But you can do that whether or not you use this theme. What’s the purpose of the slider code in the theme? It’s useless unless the point of your website is to be a huge banner ad for Ultra theme. What a waste.

This theme is clean and the support is great. Best of all, unlike other themes, you get to build your website on it before deciding if you need it! I really hesitated to commit to buying the others because there was always some glitch or something or I didn’t know what I’d get with them, but this guy got it all down!

“The ultra wordpress theme looks awesome and the best part is it’s a free theme, I really love this theme and my site is starting to come together and looks really sharpe thanks to this amazing theme also the theme designer Andrew Misplon from Puro themes provided me with great support when I needed assistance in setting up a few things I aslo found a plugin “Easy Responsive Shortcodes” messed up my site and after submitting a support ticket, a few hours later Andrew was on the case and for the past few days he has be amazing providing me with information and support and even went as far as logging in to my site to correct some files that were messed up. So a big thank you to Andrew I am truly grateful and to anyone thinking of using the theme do hesitate it’s a great theme with even better support and I know it will be looked after with theme updates in the future this makes it a winning combination”
