It's a pure pleasure to work with this theme

I like this theme very much for its clean design and simplicity.
I used the free version to launch a site for friend of mine and after that I decided to go for a pro version.
Finally I switched my previous “sophisticated”, “packed-with-features” and “not-so-cheap” theme with Vantage Premium and I’m really glad I did it.
I like Vantage for its:
– clean design
– ease of customization
– lightness – it’s easy to get high score on Google Page Speed
– more than a fair price
– versatility – it’s good for blogs and static sites

Seems to function very well of first appearances! From my ten years experience it seems a very robust yet beautifully laid out and looking theme for WordPress. l’l be paying money to support this site!

My new favorite theme!

This is the best theme I have used to date. Totally worth the $15 for the upgrade to pro. I paid $60 for a premium theme and it did not provide anywhere near the features or documentation that this one does. The CSS Editor alone is worth the price of admission!

Buying Vantage was a mistake
By singingvegan, 2015-10-25

When I started researching how to implement a directory in WordPress, I saw more than one reviewer who cautioned against using a theme. You’ll be sorry down the road, they said. Themes are for appearance; plugins are for functionality. It didn’t take long for me to realize that those reviewers were right.
I had a problem with Vantage almost immediately. The Review capability wasn’t working, and their customer support told me that nobody else had the problem and they didn’t know where to begin looking. I did all the normal troubleshooting–deactivating plugins and even reinstalling the theme. Since a directory site without reviews is useless to me, I asked for a refund. My requests were ignored until I started a dispute via PayPal, then my money was promptly refunded.
I am now using the Sabai Directory plugin. The learning curve was a bit steeper than with Vantage, but it works great and their support is excellent.

Changing font and font size
By Esten0213, 2015-09-25

I just downloaded the Vantage theme. I do not have an option anywhere to change the font or the size of type. Do I need to upgrade to the premium package to enable this feature as well as a few others?
Be easy with me folks, I am not all that techy.

Elegant, Easy, So Good

I made a decision to use Vantage for a new client site. The site did not require a whole lot of clever stuff, and I was very quickly aware that Vantage was a great choice.

Ultimately combined with meta slider and of course page builder and the siteorigen widgets bundle.
Thankyou very much for all your great work

Vantage is a very nice theme, and combined with the pagebuilder of siteorigin you got all tools at hand to create that website you have in mind. Everything works solid and the support of these guys at Siteorigin is of the highest level. Buying the premium version is worth it a 1000 times.
Thanks guys;)

Great theme and support

I have designed 5 or 6 sites on Vantage now including my own. I always buy the pro version because I do want the responsive menu but, with the model they use; pay what you want; you can purchase the full version for as little as $5.00. Pay a little more (as little as $15. US) and you get easier access to top notch, invaluable support.
Good base theme with lots of flexibility + actively maintained and developed + fantastic support = really wonderful results

Extremely Happy

We have been using vantage premium for a few months and I have to say that it has by far exceeded my expectations. It’s is very easy to use for beginners, and for the advanced users the new custom CSS features are a big bonus. I have to admit, the built in plugins are a great bonus. The customer support is excellent, I have had to get help twice and both times my question was answered very quickly. All in all, I recommend this plugin for beginners and expert users alike.
I have had no issues with external plugins. I have only had one “major” problem, and that was with an update that posted months ago. I was unable to access my website after an update. The support team was quick to respond and helped me the entire time. There response rate is next to none.
To summarize, our website: http://www.phoenixtopsinc.com, is easially managed with vantage premium. We are sure that whoever decides to choose this plugin will be very satisfied.

Hardcoded and Useless
By cromermusic, 2015-08-25

I thought it looked nice but then you started looking for ways to write your own code (php) to add a more flexibility and hit dead end right away. It doesn’t accept ANY code changes. when I ask what you CAN change in the code using Premium I get no response and I take this as you can’t. NO THANK YOU!

Probably a good theme but

In Your Face Ads to Upgrade. Even the developer’s face is in your face. I swore off of Mr Hoppe’s plugins for the very same reason. I don’t care what you look like. I don’t want your face on the backend of my website, nor do I want upgrade image/buttons everywhere getting in my way and taking up precious bandwidth.
Not professional. More like pushy salesmanship.
