from free to premium

I downloaded the free version of Virtue theme and it was so great I decided to buy the premium version.
What I would like to point out is that the free theme is really great, has lots of useful features and no ‘surprises’ where basic key features are only in the premium version. You can really work with the free version.
Kudos to the developers, who are not forcing a purchase on me.
I contacted Kadence Themes for some further info, and got an exhaustive and speedy reply.
Another mention is that the theme has a fantastic support: lots of info, documentation, examples, videos, tutorials… all very specific and detailed. Really well done. I can check and solve problems on the fly without having to wait for support answering.
The theme options are intelligent. I’ve tried other themes and often the customization is pretty mysterious, it’s difficult to remember where ‘that specific’ setting was, in the various screens… but not with Virtue: it’s really intuitive and well organized.
I really can’t find faults with this theme. I’m left to ‘admiring it’!
Even making custom styling in my child css is a breeze.
I really recommend this theme — and believe me, I’ve tested tons of them, only to find out that they were responsive but .. well not completely so, they were great looking but… well, no great tutorials, or some minor but irritating bugs & quirks here and there, various difficulties, buggy updates, and then also: basic key features? you must purchase…
I don’t mind purchasing a great theme. I do mind when a free theme is made up so you are forced to purchase if you want it to really work.
I like Kadence’s approach: make a great theme, so you buy because you love it so much you want more. You can freely test it, and then decide.
No monthly or yearly fees. No smart strings attached. WYSIWYG.
Kadence Virtue is really a well done job, everything is there, and works, updating from free to premium was easy and done in less than 5 minutes, and now I can have fun with the extra options.
If ever I should indicate a feature I would like it’s having the shotcode buttons in the html screen also. I never work in visual and now I have to open a new page, make it visual, insert the shortcode, remember to put it back in html mode, and then copy paste into my real page. Because if I allow ‘visual’ my code gets rewritten in ways I don’t want. It’s a feature request I would love to see fulfilled in a next version.
But other than that: great theme, great customization, versatile, practical, fast and easy, both for newbies and intermediates like me. I’m really impressed!
Amazingly stunning

I have tested many themes on the market and by far, hands down, this is one of the best free themes on the market. The theme is integrated with bootstrap 3.0; out of the box, the theme got a 86/100 from pagespeed. Pingdom Website results:

w3 validator detect 4 errors and one warning; this is pretty damn good. The errors can easily be fixed with some simple HTML hacking.
I will no doubt be supporting the premium version; thee Kadence team is very responsive on the WordPress support pages. You will not find any support on the main website forums however, but for $45.00, you are getting a deal!
