Customer Support By maidswise, 2017-07-09 via themeforest.net This theme is very customizable but the main reason for the 5 star rating is the customer support. The author has always gotten back to me within a day or two. He provides detailed explanations with screenshots. I see some comments that say the theme does not download correctly. This is because you have to download the Demo Content. Also, all images are unavailable for public use so you'll have to swap in your own images. Excellent theme with excellent support!

  • Bugs By treintayuno, 2017-05-23 via themeforest.net Don't waste your money. This is the worst theme i ever purchased. Is full of bugs, it's unusable. Comes with 3 visual composers but the visual composer used to make the demo crashed all the time (here is a video of this bug https://youtu.be/SKn-WFgxHzk ) When you install the demo content has more bugs, for example, the layer slider demo overlaps the icon box content (here another proof http://imgur.com/a/06tvC )
    And when i contact the support team to claim my money back the only solution is to give my credentials to make some changes. I DON`T WANT THIS SOLUTION, I DON'T WANT TO USE MORE YOUR THEME BECAUSE IS UNUSABLE.
    I waste so much time to make something with this theme but im done. Best solution for me is use another theme.

    Sorry for the inconvenience happened to you.
    1) We have used the unyson plugin only to import the demo contents and not for its page builder.
    2) Yes our theme comes with Visual Composer plugin and recommends it only for new pages and not for the demo contents, since we have built the contents using our themes page builder. The visual composer plugin is added as a free gift for the customers. We have not built the theme with visual composer plugin.
    3) Regarding the icon overlap issue, let us know your domain name so that we can check and let you know. The youtube video that you have sent does not work.
    Note: If you still have any issues, kindly mail your WordPress and FTP Login Credentials through the right bottom form @ http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes so that we will check the issue.

  • Design Quality By wilhatfield1, 2016-09-24 via themeforest.net Sorry not worth the money. Imagery and icon sets aren't included. Demo import doesn't work right. No megamenu imports. Have to manually figure out footers. Clunky on the admin site. Just a mess.
