    I had a problem about this theme, but it wasn’t their problem.
    I just could’t understand how to create a slider.
    And also I had to finish my website until night.

    You know what, they contact me in a few hours even at the weekend.
    And they fix.
    Also They show me how to do this or this.

    To sum up They really help me.
    I pay 22 dollars for full version but they deserve more than 22 dollars!!

    I’m a newbie to this and had problems installing the premium version of the theme. Zack quickly responded and even went in and installed it for me. The theme is easy to use and customize, even for me. I couldn’t thank Zack enough for his help.

    I initially had issues loading the upgrade of the layout I wanted after purchasing it. I reached out via email to get some help with my issue and not only did I get a response before the night was out, they were kind enough to go in and fix my errors for me without having to ask. I truly appreciate them taking time to be concerned and it was done in such a timely fashion.

    Recently bought this theme Xcel Premium, must say i love it, easy to customize and integrates well with woo commerce and Zack was most helpful when i hit a wall. Great theme !!!!!!!!!!!!! Great service !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I purchased the theme which had a great layout. I had some troubles customising the website to my preference which I was happy to do myself given the direction. Zack was helpful in providing me this and went beyond just instructions via email and helped me out by logging into my wordpress area and fixing these for me directly which made it so much easier. Highly recommend! Thanks for the support.
