Bugs By camila-gusmao, 2017-06-26 via themeforest.net I am totally dissatisfied. I bought this template for my website. I found it very beautiful and it was what I was looking for. However, after making the payment and being able to download, when I went to install began to appear the problems. Installation 1, which is plugins, works. But the second install never works, it always says I need to do the first install. And when I try to redo the first installation it gives an error in a page that says that I am not allowed.

  • Bugs By cwagenbreth, 2017-02-26 via themeforest.net Cannot import sample content. Issues like footer were not working and were fixed with 1.6.1. Not something I would have paid for. I registered half hour ago with the Support forum and still have not received my password. Other people have the same problems but the answers are only visible to "registered users" with a password. Not happy.
    This is a nice theme if it worked but the way it is coded is not very user-friendly. Things like Telephone number, address, etc. should have been done as variables and not have to be reentered in different widgets. But I code in PHP and have never written WP Themes. So, please take my opinion on this as coming from a layperson.
    It's just more frustrating than any other WP Theme I've worked with before. Plus, support should be readily available even if it's just sending me a password to access support forum.

    I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused! If you didn't receive your password then please use password reset tool to reset it and check if it's not in the junk folder.
