We located your tickets on our support forum and as we could see you've asked for modification of our custom post type Portfolio. Please, note that major template changing requires custom coding which is not under our customer support scope. Our support agents could provide you tips for that type of modifications, but not step by step instructions how to do it, since it will be just like adding completely new feature into our theme.
We really find it unfair to rate our theme with two starts because of that.

Hello,
We located your tickets and as we could see our agent provided you tips how to improve speed performances, and lot of stuff should be done from server side, since initial loading is taking 3s. If you take all steps from instructions how to speed up your site, you should get really better results.
Also, at any moment if you have any other trouble with installation and our theme, you are able to submit a refund request and after checking it could be approved.
