Customizability By MaginWebdesign, 2016-12-09 via themeforest.net If you are looking for a theme for location based search-directory, then this theme should be ok if you are intending to offer membership/listing for free. There are many issues with paid listing. It is nicely made however, once you start customising, everything starts to fall apart. We have managed to finish our makeup artist directory website using this theme after WORKING SO HARD to do so much coding ourselves. Support is ok as there are few people who actually help but some of them don't really care as much or simply just don't understand simple english even after sending screenshots with labels.
Current issues include:
1. Users don't receive any confirmation on registration to the site and when listing is added, pending and published.
2. Website responsiveness is not very stable as when resizing browser window, it breaks at one point with header to content overlapping.
3. When uploading images for gallery as a user, there is no preview or confirmation that images are uploaded successfully just like how it works when you upload as an admin.
4. Icons doesn't appear properly
5. Website is not tested thoroughly on every browser. Default theme colour appears when website is opened in certain browsers despite choosing a main colour.
There are plenty other little things that could've been carefully checked by the theme makers which will save time for people using this theme. Even simple spelling from the demo theme (Discover spelled as "Descover") indicates that the theme is not carefully polished. If updates will soon be available to improve all these things then we would happily give it a better rating that it deserves. The theme has great potential! For now, we are not completely satisfied and would not recommend it to others.

As we could see our support agent answered you when you have had any doubt. We tested all issue you were facing off and provided solutions for icons, cross browser, etc.
When it comes to confirmation on listing actions, it is not part of our theme. However we do really appreciate your feedback and it is passed to our dev team so we will consider adding this into our next theme update.
We really taking our business seriously and we are commited to each customer, that's why our highest priority is having pleased users. We find it a bit unfair to rate our theme with one star because of this.
At any moment you are able to submit a refund request, and after checking it, it could be approved. Hopefully you'll change this bad impression you've got.

Customer Support By Milton_solis, 2016-10-06 via themeforest.net Bad support 15 days to tell me "we can't help you" for something that was stated from day one. The support is lazy, they don't even take a look on the attached screenshots, or read the real problem. You will only get a copy/paste answer.
In the first ticket the problem was a wrong name on the .Mo And .PO files for some translations. 15 days passed, till they finally enter on the ftp to tell me "You don't rename oo and mo files properly in eltd-listing/plugins/languages . Instead of eltd_listing-de_DE.mo and eltd_listing-de_DE.po, you named files eltd-listing-de_DE.mo and eltd-listing-de_DE.po. So you need to use underscore, instead of dash."
Second ticket, another 15 days. A problem with custom post types. They said "Please delete existing po and mo files and then try to generate it again. Also we've not tested plylang plugin and maybe it caused the issue. We advise you to use Loco Translate and WPML fot multilingual websites." But the real problem was the custom post type. At the end the answer was "Sorry for the inconvenience, but the colleague who had answered firstly you is new in this theme. Hope you can understand!"
Now i have start a fresh wordpress installation, work again on the translations, just because they don't want to take care of the custom post type issue on the them.

Hello,
We checked your two tickets and as we could see our support agents explained how to translate theme labels with poEdit software, with Loco Translate, and if you are using multi language site, we recommended WPML plugin, since our theme is WPML ready. We also tested our theme with poEdit and Loco translate, and numerous of our customers using the same method for translation.
You tried with Polylang, but we haven't tested our theme with it so we cannot confirm compatibility.
Our support agent explained step by step how to translate all labels, even for custom types, step by step.
We find it really unfair to rate our theme with one star because of this.
Having pleased users is our priority.
Kindly reconsider changing this bad rating since we provided all help in this case.
