  • Bugs By brattylynn, 2017-03-24 via themeforest.net I have tried again and again to get my site up and running properly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the theme, as well as my entire wordpress site. Support will not respond to my questions, it has been over 48 hours now and still no response. buttons that do not work are:
    Newsletter (does not work when mailchimp API info is put in)
    Update cart button when on cart page
    coupon code button when on cart page
    - you can only delete products or coupons from cart
    -you can only add coupon when on check out page, not cart page
    also, there are several areas written in broken English, the only one that is really an issue is the Coming Soon page, as it is not editable.
    the look and design of everything is great, I just wish i could get the problems resolved instead of being told everything was "tested properly" by support.

    there is only limited guidelines both in their site & documentation; and if you submit a ticket, the only thing they do diverting their customers to their limited source of guidelines!
