I submitted a customer service ticket and received a detailed response within a few hours.

So here is the only review you will ever need.

I have designed a few websites but sometimes I like to purchase a theme here and there to save myself on design time and so I stumbled across this theme and made a purchase and after finding the flaws it came apparent that there was no refunds. So, I went to install and found a few style flaws while setting up and reported them and was told that they would email me back with the fix. A couple days later I had asked if they could resolve the issues and now they told me to send an e-mail to the tech team? There is a person named Eli who seems to be there but does not know how to resolve the issue. From my past experiences with other web developers they help you solve the issues then and there and so I’m gathering she must be a secretary? According to their site they have a team of people so it really puzzles me that they can not fix the issues and send them back within a reasonable time frame.

Therefore, if you are new to WordPress it is not recommended to purchase the theme let alone use the free version since getting support is clearly difficult and their documentation is lousy. Also, I am sure after posting this I will get a response but this will go to show that they are clearly taking their customers for granted and trying to save face. Alternatively, I’m sure a random account will be made claiming about no issues and that this is just a bunch of nothing.

Word of advice, before releasing your theme double check your code against woocommerce (and update your files for woocommerce) and mobile.

Best theme ever!!!!

Once I installed it, the homepage looked horrible. So I tried to use the videos to correct it. It am not a pro here and it was very hard to understand how to correct my issues. Response was standard and no specific mention to solve my problems. The categories would not link to the products when you clicked on them and the featured products were all lined up in only one column on the left side. Went all the way down the page on the left and the right side was blank. The video showing me how to use the widgets did not match my screen. Pretty frustrating.

My concern was answered right away and the video tutorial was great, very very helpful. Thank you!

I really like this theme it works exactly for what I was trying to accomplish. Also, the support was great. I requested a few changes to the function of the theme and the responsive was very quick.

Purchased Pro version and noticed problems with Safari rendering of collapsable menus. Was told it would be fixed, but after 3 weeks no dice. Also, company was completely unwilling to provide any info about customizing C.S.S. (willing to do myself – only requesting names of selectors involved), but instead only offered to make changes if paid them more ($35.00 per hour).

Is a nice looking theme, but is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO MODIFY. Unless you like it Exactly as is – Beware.

very nice theme but have problem with the homepage slider setting and also no editor to customize the theme footer.

on first sight indeed this theme are really eye catchy and sweet looks. there a lot awesome feature for a free theme so far. best recommended and also 4 thumbs for their customer support that really fast reply and helpfully!
