I purchased the theme because of the beautiful design however I learned the hard way that it is full of faults and simply not functional. Since starting this template I have reported over 40 glitches. I spent more time reporting bugs and waiting back from customer service than actually putting my site together. Simple elements such as "Testimonial" & "Portfolio" do not even appear on the live page!! The most frustrating part wasn't even the bugs reappearing after they were "fixed" rather, I had the worst customer support I have ever received in my life. Rather than feeling appreciated for investing the time & energy to report errors, I was ignored for long periods of time. It would take upwards to a week for someone to respond and when they did, I did not receive the information or help I was looking for. I consider myself a patient & understanding person as I myself run a business. However, I am beyond frustrated with the this product and find that it was not only a waste of money but also valuable time. I've attempted to build my site for the last 6 months. The entire time I was in contact with customer support and when my six months of "support" finally ran out, I was furious at the idea that I should pay another 40$ simply to continue reporting bugs. Might I just add that during the last month I received barely any response from customer service.
This theme is not worth the headache. It is not functional. Customer support is awful and they act as if they don't care about the template enough to resolve the problems that arise. I am completely dumping this theme and purchasing a new one. I want nothing to do with this product or the people behind it. If I could I would request a receive a refund but I doubt they'd even consider responding to my email. It's easier to start from scratch continue with the errors on this site.

The reason why your theme broken is that lately you have the WooCommerce updated but the theme not yet. This created an incompatibility of the theme and plugin.
We still assist you, until your theme working well. Please try to keep using the theme.

Bencher is a Responsive WooCommerce WordPress Theme that allows you to enjoy the pleasant aspects of creating and running a site.     I have a problem with Visual Composer. It does not work after the last update. I would want to fix this. I don't have the options for classic editor and backend editor anymore.
    And another problem is how to modify the pictures for products from square to tall pictures.
