On discovering the first of several flaws with the menu functionality, irrelevant solutions were provided. On further pressing the matter, support head Stephen Harms informed us that the tech Josh Wright working on the matter was under-qualified to handle the minor issue and that we have pay to get our issue looked at with no guarantee of a solution. To absolve themselves of the matter, they insisted it is a customization issue when clearly it is a functional issue. Another major problem with this theme that you should be wary of is its SPEED. It runs nothing like the demo. We have excellent hosting, and several websites and it was clear the issue is with the design quality of this theme. To get it to run at a decent speed you are forced to switch off all plugins, and with them all the good features. Buying this theme was an expensive mistake. Unless you have unlimited financial resources to pay the author or hire an expert every time you have the slightest issue, you are better off without this theme.

    I'm sorry that we had this misunderstanding.
    You asked us to modify the original theme functionality for you referring to it as a minor issue. Josh offered you free customization help in the scope of his training and desire to help. However, changes that you wanted us to perform for you required some deeper theme customization our support team is neither trained nor authorised to perform. Our development team will gladly fix bugs for you, but we are limited in our abilities to provide free customization.
    We are trying our best to use best plugins we can find for our themes. And yes, some of them, especially sliders and page builders, can be somwhat heavy. In this case it's better to use a VPS hosting + site optimisation - we have instructions on this on our website.
    And yes, you may need to use a wordpress developer if you want to change the theme beyond it's original functionality.
