I submitted a few tickets and always have to wait for many days to get an answer.
What's more? The theme options is over-complicated. When there is error, Mikado send a code to add in and fix but in fact it only fix on some pages, it do not fix in other pages.
The theme and its documentation do not explain itself well. When you need to know something, there is no where you can find the answer.
When the site loading slowly, someone came to me and offered a special service. He says he can help to make my web load faster for 150USD.
I am buying a few themes and used for some websites but this is the only theme that put me into this situation. I can't believe it.
Mikado is cheating customers. Stop it!

There was problem with some version of PHP, and we already released a theme update where this has been fixed as you could see from our change log https://www.screencast.com/t/PJDUCfpmG
All you should do is to update our theme, by following instructions from here http://depot.mikado-themes.com/documentation/#!/getting_started_updating_depot and this should be fixed.
If there is any doubt, using our theme options, you could reach our support agents on ticksy again, and they will help you.
When it comes to page load time, our agents could test it and provide you some tips for improvement of speed performances.
We are dedicated to each customer and whole team is here on your service, but if you are not satisfied, you are able to submit refund request and after checking it could be approved.

Waiting on update from author but they said they have limited resources so can not tell me when it will be updated. Do not purchase it until they do an update as it currently does not work! Beautiful theme otherwise!
