Handy Shop WooCommerce theme is a great start for any one who is looking to start his one handmade online shop or looking to create a handmade goods marketplace like Etsy or Amazon.     Are you serious? Is 14 minute first response to your first ticket very late?
    It's your right to rate our theme the way you want, but I think you are very wrong. And here's why:
    1. Support is very bad... very late.
    I answered you in 14 minutes. I have sent you my first response 14 minutes after you pressed the submit a ticket button. I looks like you gave us a 1 star review pretty much simultaneously with creating a ticket. Have you rated us 1 star less than 14 minutes after submitting a ticket? Seriously, is that too long of a response time?
    2. "Too much plugins needed to make the theme better"
    I have to disagree. If you are trying to say that this theme is using too many plugins - well, theme really needs only WooCommerce plugin to run. Revolution Slider, Visual Composer, WC Vendors, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist and other plugins which come with the theme - they are all optional. If you don't want a slider - you may not use Revolution slider plugin. Or you can use a different slider plugin, the one you like better.
    Yes, you need all these plugins for your theme to look and function like our demo, but you definitely can disable them after installation of demo data.
    You may want say that you wanted all these features to be built in the actual theme. I understand this, but first - it's an incorrect way of handling things, using plugins allows better data portability and is in user's best interest, second - Envato wouldn't let us submit a theme like that. In the past - probably, now - no.
    3. You need to upload additional plugin to get demo sample
    This is true. We are very straightforward about this, it's in our documentation, and we even have a detailed video tutorial on sample data installation: https://themes.zone/docs/sample-data-installation-handy-woocommerce-theme/
    Personally, I don't see any problem using a plugin to install sample data. After installation pf sample data the plugin itself can be deleted forever.
    4. If one of listed plugin deactivate, site error/blank
    This is absolutely wrong. The problem seems to be with your host. I have been investigating this issue for about 2 hours already. I created a test WordPress install on your host and I'm actually having problems running a clean WordPress version there.
    One of the reasons for that may be that your host is running php v. 5.4.45, while the latest wordpress oficially requires php v. 7 and greater: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
    I don't mind helping you find reasons of the problem and, eventually, a solution, but you should understand that this particular problem you experience is not related to the theme. It is related to your server environment.

Suffice it to say, I had a few questions about the theme and Josh always answered them within 24 hours or less, and resolved any issues I had. Great customer support and a great theme as well.

While some documentation things need to be updated from Plum Tree to Visual Composer to make things easier, their customer service and support is top notch! Not only do they help you, they will email you from time to time asking if you need them for anything, to check in and help.
    Please take note that this has to be a clean install as well. While I am experienced at creating blogs - it doesn't say on the purchase page that it must be a clean install or your data will be lost forever in less you have a current back up.
    But I have NEVER had better customer service EVER!
