Customer Support
By waynechicago, 2016-11-02

I have a few licenses of the Jupiter Theme and have been extremely happy with its versatility. I've also gotten incredibly efficient assistance from the support staff. They respond quickly and provide comprehensive solutions to the issues I've had. I'm really pleased with this product and the folks at artbees.

Jupiter has so many functionalities to customize your website. It is easy to use and there is an extended amount of templates which you can add on top of this theme.

Quoting a review that came before me:
>I love this theme, but it has cost me.
>Each time Artbees do a major upgrade to it, there is absolutely NO compatibility wit the previous version.
I've had this same experience. I've purchased and used this theme on three sites. By the time I got to the third site, I was beginning to see some of these issues arise.
Even between minor upgrades (5.1.3 -> 5.1.4) there are issues with styling, icons, woocommerce ... I could go on.
Their support system is next to nil. For example, I submitted this ticket:
>After updating, I found that the header and toolbar area did not display correctly in Internet Explorer 11 (see the attachment). I removed 5.1.5 and reinstalled 5.1.3.
>But, I need 5.1.4. Right now, you will see that the font icons will not display.
This was the response:
>Sorry for late response, we are currently experiencing influx of tickets so our response time has increased.
>We have reported this and it will be fixed in the next major update. Please wait for the next update, we are working on it.
This unacceptable from my point of view. I won't be purchasing Jupiter for anymore of my clients. I will continue to use Avada.
Even now, I tried to update Jupiter from 5.1.3, and there were styling problems in the menu. smh

I love this theme, but it has cost me.
Each time Artbees do a major upgrade to it, there is absolutely NO compatibility wit the previous version.
For example. I spent 3 months and thousands of dollars having my website coded with Jupiter 4.
When Artbees released Jupiter 5, it broke the entire site.
Now, due to wordpress security updates, I am forced to redesign my entire site (at least a week's full time work for 2 people) to recode the site from Jupiter 4 to Jupiter 5.
Who is going to pay for this. Not Artbees. Me.
I estimate that Artbees has cost me more than $1500 is lost sales, time spent making up for Artbees new bugs they seem to introduce in almost every update of Jupiter.
Artbees don't seem to give a crap. They provide no list of shortcode changes from Jupiter 4 to Jupiter 5.
If I was not already so invested in Jupiter, I'd switch to another theme.
Buy this theme with your eyes open - it's a flexible theme, but it is not going to just cost you 50 bucks.

I have had frequent infections one of which was in httpdocs\wp-content\themes\jupiter\views\press.php
but the flexibility of the theme and its inherent beauty make it a wonderful theme despite this issue.
