Customizability By chombeaux, 2016-11-08 via themeforest.net The design depends a lot of virtual composer, which makes this site not very flexible and slow. In previous versions you had the option to disable Virtual Composer, but after version 3 you must use it and install all virtual composer wrappers even if you don't need them or want them. This means the site will be very slow and buggy. Is poorly coded and has lots of bugs.
On a side note, I reported an installation problem. The support was great, but after 3 days they were unable to solve the problem. One of their own installation files is corrupted.

We are surprised to see such a feedback from you because our tech support operator has provided free installation service for you in a ticket as your server configurations did not meet the theme requirements. The average reply time was 11 hours. Here is the screenshot of your website: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1817322/43918d1d172df02eae6b9cc6d124f95e All the dummy data is there excerpt demo slider which you are customizing at the moment. We would be glad if you could specify in a ticket what installation file is corrupt. We tested dummy data installation on multiple servers and found no issues.
The website speed mainly depends on the hosting settings - as you can see, our demo website is loaded in 2 seconds. We can check what causes the issue on your end if you submit a ticket.
Visual Composer plugin can be deactivated in case you do not want to use its shortcodes.

Other By ricricucit, 2016-10-22 via themeforest.net In general...it's not a well done theme. It's cranky and heavy and uses both VC and another grid plugin which makes it complex. It also uses custom post-types for useless reasons...creating useless menu sections.

Thumbnails on single post pages not the same size , they should be generated the same size no mather what size they are uploaded so they don't brake the design and looks bad...
that's just one thing , a lot of things need fixing
a lot of unnecessary jquery plugins used , that can be replaced with a smaller code , but developers should some time coding it...

We understand your concern, however, the theme is fully functional. You have selected Blogger style "Masonry" for your blogger element. Therefore, the images have different height. You should have selected another style, e.g. Classic tile, to have images of equal height: http://prntscr.com/cib46q
