A recent good experience with support:
An update misbehaved in older versions of php. Support answered to the relevant discussion in the forum and fixed the issue by posting an update within a few hours.

Thanks for the Nice theme.In built product filter option.In that the home page theme allows us to only static image. If it is a slider, it will be Good.

We used the ShopIsle Pro template for a Bed & Breakfast booking site integrating with Beds24 plugin and the Beds24 Channel Management with great success and a really nice looking website.

There was an issue with one of the 3rd party plugins affecting the templates menu but this was found and resolved very fast by the ThemeIsle support guys.

This is a very good and nice theme for WooCommerce.

A little strange setting it up, you have to use the page template “blog” on your blog page but set wordpress to display “your latest posts” instead of static page.

This is a little weird because then as you switch and preview themes, other themes are trying to run blog content where this theme replaces the main loop with their own front page layout.

The front page layout is easily customizable in the Customize wordpress menu, so once you are set up it works well. Just take note of the special set up requirement or it won’t look like you’re expecting until you do.

The simple and minimalistic design of this theme add value to your shop and make your users focus on the content they are looking to buy. In an ecommerce business it’s vital for your possible customers to find the products that they are looking for and not get distracted by other items from your website. It also has a very beautiful typography, congrats! Thank you for sharing it with us!
