  • Code Quality By lgerling, 2017-04-26 via themeforest.net I really LOVE the look & design of this theme unfortunately there were too many issues that came up for me with this theme. I placed many tickets to get resolution, however I found support was not good at answering my issues. At this time I am giving up on this theme as I have WASTED so much time & energy trying to fix this theme myself (I am not a developer that's why I buy themes + Support from ELITE Authors but time to cut my loses & starting over with another.)
    Here are some of the issues I found that weren't resolved or were resolved unsatisfactory:
    1) Visual composer doesn’t work with Services OR Blog excerpts...you can see the code in the excerpt when I try & format a Service or a Blog using Visual Composer. The theme is supposed to be compatible with Visual Composer but isn't fully. NOT RESOLVED
    2) Home Page: The Nav bar still has red indicator showing what page visitor is on & I have customized my colours scheme & secondary colour through the Tulip Theme panel but I can’t find where to change the page indicator . (PARTIALLY RESOLVED by telling me where in the Style.Css file to change the colour to solve navigation issue. I did this however I still have text (headings), tabs and other various theme design showing up as Red. If you are supposed to be able to set your colour theme, it should work for everything and not have to search through code trying to find the areas to change. What good is colour scheme if it doesn't actually work on the whole website)
    3) Footer: (Style 1) My client only has a Facebook account for social media but on the footer there are 4 white boxes that show social media links & because I only am using 1 social media link, I have 3 blank white boxes then the white box with the Facebook logo/link. (NOT RESOLVED - support said I can fix this in the code myself but didn't tell me how to fix code)
    AND if I change the code, unless I am using a child theme, all my changes will be lost with the next theme update.
