Pretty much nothing in the way of proper theme customisation options and support team not interested in helping make changes than any standard theme control panel would have.

Hey,
So far so good, 18 five star ratings have been received. All of these are a mix between, great design, swift and fast functions, last but not least awesome support from our team in general.
100% of the times, if a user approaches like a normal person, we give 200% of us to help them. It is our in general mission, to have our clients satisfied, which they have been until you came along. But we can not provide help to someone who doesn't WANT TO BE HELPED in the first place. We have tried multiple approaches when it comes to your issue at hand, but as said we can't help someone who's frustrated for all the wrong reasons.
The help you wanted in making changes with customizability is custom changes to the theme itself. Which in your regular support license we're not obliged to carry out at any time. Stated in the support tab of our item.
All of the customizations in general are beforehand listed on our item's description, each customization from there is perfectly honored and functions correctly.
If you didn't like the customizations, then this wasn't the item for you, if you have inquired us for some pre-sale questions, we wouldn't have suggested that you buy our theme, as it's obvious it's not the item for you.
Also, your behavior as a client is something else as well, creating five-six tickets within an hour, won't get you far as well. We have other clients that actually want and need help with the item they have bought, which is not your case. You obviously came here frustrated and when you saw that we wouldn't carry out your DEMANDS and WISHES, you saw fit to write this nonsense of a review.
As a final comment, this review and rating is totally without any ground to start in the first place.
We are sorry that it has come to this, but in being fair and general, we must protect and serve what we have built so far in order to keep our other clients happy satisfied as before.

Best support by far i have ever gotten here. The template is just amazing, really good documentation on how to do things. They answer really quick and are more then helpful, i would give more stars then just 5 ;) deserve it.

This template just makes everything so easy. Only downside is what you see is what you get. Upside is, what you see is what you get. What they have done works perfectly and it isn't hard to make your site look like the example site. Don't expect full customizing of the main components unless you can code. If you like the features it has, you will not be disappointed! 5/5, it is exactly what I paid for.

You're just not going to get any better than these guys for e-sport design at the moment. This theme is a fantastically well supported by the PixieSquad team and a brilliant piece of work and we're more than happy to support them in their future work. Well worth every penny.
