The theme is very badly done, we have a lot of trouble setting it up!
Many things do not work as mentioned when buying.
For example the services are not automatic, when an addition, it does not automatically appear on the page of accuiel!
The translation of the theme is complicated, and is not entirely done ...
To place our logo, we can not change the size of it ...
Many other problems ...

Bravo for responding so fast finally! and you cannot say that I have not tried to reach the support, I have in fact several times. There are bunch of support options on this site and I left the comment everywhere I could. If you were not dilligent enough to check or have support that is competent, don't go around and say that your customer who paid for this, i am sorry for my language, crap, was not corporating. I hope everyone who is thinking about getting this "crap" will consider twice before buying this "crap".

Hello,
You have changed the rate on purpose in order to delete our reply to your previous review. You are telling lies that you have not received assistance from our support team. We have offered it several times and informed you that any installation issue can be solved. The current situation is only your fault and your behavior now is improper.
I should warn you that all your messages are recorded with screenshots and in case incorrect information and insults are repeated, we will contact the Envato support. I will also duplicate the previous reply from our operator which you did not like as it was disclosing your false information:
"We understand your concern. However, you have never contacted our technical support team so we had no chance to investigate the issue you faced and provide you with a solution.
Moreover, we got no ticket ids or screenshots from you in the refund request correspondence proving that you sent us some error code.
Theme installation issues are usually connected with server configurations and this can be easily adjusted with the help of our tech support operators. Unfortunately, you did not want to cooperate with us in theme installation. As the theme authors, we keep to the Envato refund policy (http://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy), and can consider only the claims connected with the quality of the theme itself and its featured."

Flexibility By semgrup, 2016-10-16 via themeforest.net the worst I have seen, is the most complex themes. Desktop settings, mobile settings completely unbalanced. If you set a lot of other places distorted.
