  • Customizability By salman_rvf, 2017-06-06 via themeforest.net Wow, this theme is really the deal. It has so many sub-themes to choose from that you'll go wild, and in a good way. Our main company website is built with this and all we've received is nothing but praises so far.
    I have a few tweaks still to make though, but I've ran out of support time since then we were more busy about establishing the business and not tweaking the website much.
    Nevertheless, I like it and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
    I wish their extended support was cheaper and there was a way to buy license for multiple sites (something that makes sense like StudioPress Genesis templates).

We think it's fair to try to contact our support first regarding all the theme related questions, before leaving such a bad review. With latest theme version, Bridge theme is compatible with latest version of WooCommerce, and all functionality should be working just fine, and if there is issue with translating theme labels, please get in touch with our support, and they will try to assist you with all theme related questions.. Can you please try to get in touch with them by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com . We hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got.

    Support already replied to your first ticket. Probably you didn't received email notification https://qode.ticksy.com/ticket/1183712/ and your other ticket is assigned to one of our agents and he will reply to you very soon. Please understand that we are answering to all our tickets from oldest to newest Monday - Friday, on over weekends we are working with reduced number of support agents so some delays may happen. Regarding your second query, video playback on touch devices won't work and that is normal and intended behavior as explained in theme documentation http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/8-qode-slider/8-4-creating-a-slide-with-video-background/ . We are sorry for the delay, but we think it's fair to try to communicate with our support first regarding all the theme related questions, and to run trough documentation before leaving such a bad review.
