  • Bugs By barbeluk1, 2017-03-02 via themeforest.net I found this theme very buggy. The version of Visual Composer with it didn't work properly and many of the per page feature were either broken or very flaky. The support was average and they failed to understand my issues.
    I won't be using it again.

Visual Composer is working fine, but some functionality is different because we developed some custom elements in order to achieve specific functionality which is unique to this theme. A lot of things does not work properly and you always have to ask the support and they provide custom css instead of fixing it in the theme. If you run out of support and do not want to buy extened you are f*cked 'cause things do not work as they should.
    At least support is quite good and fast so one more star.

    Theme and its functionality is working fine, and by searching through our ticketing system we have found only two tickets of yours which are closed, and you never shared link to your site in these tickets. Also we think it's fair to try to contact our support first regarding all potential theme issues, before leaving such a bad review, and please try to understand that Envato inducted paid support so all users have to extend support after expiration of 6 months of free support. If there is some miss behavior which you think that should be fixed, please reply to one of your tickets and provide WordPress admin access and a login link and our support will investigate this.
    We hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got.
