    Hello,
    Commercial themes on Theme Forest often use their own options framework and a lot of custom options and functionalists, but when it comes to page speed, beside offering great amount of functionality which of course comes with a lot of additional scripts and stylesheets, there are many other more important factors which can compromise speed. For example on shared hosting plans with limited and shared resources along with low PHP directives and older PHP version, site speed will certainly be slower. We couldn't find any history of your tickets on our support forum https://qode.ticksy.com , however you rate our software very low. We think it's fair to try to contact our support first especially when it comes to site speed, and they will try to assist you and they will certainly give you some good tips for improving site speed.
    We hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got.
