  • Customizability By digital_dreams, 2017-01-10 via themeforest.net 2nd day with this theme, and I'm still trying to reverse engineer what is going on with it. It feels held together with elmers glue, and cardboard. Many of the template items are made using Visual Composer, which is the "Free" version - I mistakenly thought that Visual Composer came with it, at least not a hobbled version that lacks even basic functionality. Be prepared to go digging in php files to find, and relink images to your own if you are using templates. Attempting to use any of the Visual Composer shortcodes will result in you having to reverse engineer where things are hiding, instead of being able to easily adjust parameters. This may be okay for some, but I was looking for a theme that would be straightforward, and easy to use - this is not that. Can't get Instagram to link up either, and there is no readily apparent way to do so.
    I am a Photographer, and Cinematographer that prefers to spend time on my craft, instead of wading through code. The authors seem nice, but unless you are looking for a daunting task, or are a very advanced user that doesn't mind reverse engineering nearly everything, buy something else. I would consider myself an intermediate WP user, and this theme is extremely frustrating to me. If I could get my money back I would.
    A word of advise to the authors - get rid of any VC shortcodes, unless you are going to include a full version. I really don't want to have to buy VC in addition to the theme. Submitting support tickets is fine, but I don't have the time for that (seems like a 24 hr wait). I need something intuitive, and easy to use right out of the box, so that I can concentrate on my work instead of reverse engineering your theme.

    We are sorry to hear that you are finding our theme complicated, but theme is very straight forward, and you can achieve same look as in our demos by simply importing that demo.
    Free version of Visual Composer does not exist. All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses, and users can use plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately.     Instagram connection is also working just fine, and again it is clear that you are not comfortable using advanced themes with a lot of options and custom elements and custom options framework, which is the essence of Envato.
