  • Bugs By smcanelly, 2017-01-01 via themeforest.net I have never had so many issues with a theme before. I cannot use any other plug-ins except the ones required for the theme...all the others conflict. In addition, there is something wonky with the header and I've reached support with no help as well as tried working with my host. I literally started from scratch, uploaded the theme and the sample theme I wanted as well as the required plug-ins and it has been nothing but a nightmare.

    We located your tickets on our support forum and all are answered by our support agents.
    Also, we could see you are using some third party plugins, and our agent helped you with that part, too.
    We will help you with any issue you are facing, just contact our support staff and our agents will provide you all assistance to setup your site within our theme.
    We find it unfair to rate our theme with one star because of incompatibility with some third party plugin.
    We really hope you'll kindly consider this bad review. Thanks in advance.

Customer service are not helpful, when a question asked they just copy pasted answers from other questions thinking we don't go through them. In addition when you import data to match a particular demo some of their demos don't work properly. Overall user experience is very bad.

    Visual Composer page builder plugin is listed as one of the theme features on the Theme Forest items page, so it is very clear that in order to achieve same look and feel like in our demos you need to use this plugin. Also, we found unfair to rate our product base on a fact that you don't like Visual Composer and you are not feeling comfortable using it since we didn't hide the fact that it is bundled with the theme.
