    Hello there,
    Theme support child theme according to WordPress codex https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes and child theme is even included within the download package. Regarding child theme, you can see that WordPress templates and template parts can be overridden by the child theme so this is perfectly normal. WordPress cannot recognize custom theme files and will not try to override them from the child theme, so it is really not fair to rate our theme based on that and we hope that you will change this bad impression you've got.

I have tried and tried to contact them, but for some reason, am unable to complete a support ticket with ticksy. I need someone to contact me ASAP so I can figure this out or I will need a refund and switch to another less buggy theme.

    Hi there,
    We are sorry for the issues with ticksy. It is 3rd party APP which we are using, and issue is present due to the latest API update. Issue is resolved now and you should be able to submit a ticket without problems. If you continue to have problems with our ticketing system, and if you are faced with something urgent you can contact us directly. Having pleased theme users is our priority, and we hope that you would consider changing this bad rating, and we will gladly help you in that case.
