  • Bugs By SOSFactory, 2016-12-21 via themeforest.net The theme is nice, there are a lot of options but sometimes the those options don't work as they are suppose to so you must add custom CSS code.
    I find documentation quite brief.
    Importing pages from the demos is not possible, or at least I dind't find a way to import the content as seen on the demos.
    Support is not the quickest and didn't fix the issue of portfolio images: in Chrome for desktop and mobile there is a pixelating problem in images when filtering by category.
    Overall I'm happy with the purchase, if you add some more documentation and fix the issue in Chrome I would give you 5 star.

    Hello there,
    Theme support child theme according to WordPress codex https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes and child theme is even included within the download package. Regarding child theme, you can see that WordPress templates and template parts can be overridden by the child theme so this is perfectly normal. WordPress cannot recognize custom theme files and will not try to override them from the child theme, so it is really not fair to rate our theme based on that and we hope that you will change this bad impression you've got.
