  • Bugs By techlur, 2016-10-28 via themeforest.net If you want to end up your day solving bugs, issues and many more things like js conflicting with css and vice versa and want to redesign the same sites with other theme.
    Then buy this theme and enjoy fixing bugs instead of finishing websites.
    This theme does not support basic plugins like W3TC. The support team will say we are not responsible for other plugins and your hosting is bad blah blah.. they are not going to fix bugs despite of huge sales.
    They are not going to use new jquery.
    Code quality is bad, if you are developer, look into the code generated by the theme. You will know what i mean.
    If you go and buy this theme just by seeing the wide range of demos and sites they have setup to sell the theme. You are hitting your own eyes with your hands .
    Theme forest should implement refund system at least 30 day refund or something, so that only quality themes will remain here.
    Very unsatisfied with support and theme. They are not going to solve their own theme bugs, I did not asked them do customization, just asked them to fix their own themes bugs.
    If you are freelancer like me, don't buy this theme. You will end up developing your clients website twice, as this theme is having huge bugs and you could not figure out how to solve them.
    And they will blame on hosting and plugins, instead of solving bugs. If I have option to give negative rating I would have given this theme -5.
    Just wasted my money... I will never buy another theme from this seller.
    You can lookup their support system, so many buyers posted same issues like logo does not displaying, testimonials and other things breaking up and issues with most popular plugin like w3tc and many more.

    Hello,
    We managed to find your tickets where our supported agents tried to assist you with issues you are facing.
    As we could see issue is caused by thrid party plugins you are using. Please, note that we didn't test all third party plugins with our theme so we cannot confirm compatibility. Anyhow our developers offered to debug bugs on your installation, but you refused to copperate to deactivate plugins so they could start with debuging procedure.
    Sometimes, it happens that scripts from third party plugins are in conflict with ours and sometimes fix is super easy, but we need to investigate.
    However, our developer could fix issue with the logo with custom css. Please, check ticksy again to see response.
    When it comes to refund, you could always request a refund on Envato Market and after reviewing it could be approved.
    Having pleased users is our priority and we are taking our theme code wuality and support very seriously and we always investigate any issues reported by our customers so we are sure that our theme deserves more than one star.

Great customer support! Expect it to take 1-2 days sometimes to get a response, BUT, they are extremely helpful! I use Bridge theme and the Qode customer support team for all my websites!
