  • Bugs By harpermedia, 2016-09-24 via themeforest.net We purchased for the features and expandability of this theme but it has a lot of bugs and unexplained errors costing us a lot of downtime with this theme trying to keep it compatible with Wordpress and other installed plugins, so it's quite complicated to maintain.

The template is not as flexible as it looks, and full of bugs. I've spent my money on this template already, so I hope that one day I will receive the support I requested.

    Hello,
    We have just checked this with our support team, and found four of your tickets. Two of them were immediately responded upon submitting, and the other two took a bit more time since it caught the weekend, when we're working with a bit less people in the team, but those were answered first thing this morning.
    Our support is on your service for any more help you need, please reply back to them for any more help you need. Bridge theme is very flexible , and basically without bugs, since we look to fix all very fast when users note them.
    If you found some , we would appreciate informing our support on your tickets, so we can fix those fast as well.
