    Hello,
    We located your tickets on our support forum where are support agents already explained you how this Header Skin option is working.
    So, just since this is Header Skin option, it is affecting only header part, and it is forcing all text and icons in menu to use black/white color.
    Regarding the first issue you mentioned, please, check if you are using any caching plugin on your installation.
    Also, provide on your ticket your wp-admin access and FTP access and our developers would investigate there.
