    Don't like the fact that to get updates to Visual Composer et al that you have to redownload the zip file and re-install the whole package and even then the plugins still must be done separately. What a pain. I would have been better off purchasing VC directly with the auto-updates.
    Not really a fan. Many "responsive" templates really aren't that responsive. Graphics don't scale well or at all in certain cases.
    After a steep learning curve, it works. Just not a fan.

    Support agents are on your service for all the doubts you have related to our
    theme options and customization, can you please try to get in touch with them, so they can help you.
    Bridge is fully responsive and if you are looking for some other layout, also our agents could assist you with that part. Having pleased theme users is our priority.
    Visual Composer comes included into our theme, no need for buying any extra licence for it! It’s the original version of the plugin, we bought extended licence for it, to have rights to include it in our theme. Yes,you would need to update it to the latest version after theme update, but that does not mean that there is a problem, neither it's hard to use.
    We really find it unfair to give a bad rating because of this.
    Hopefully, you would reach our support team in order to help you with all unfamiliar options so you could find enjoying work within our theme.
