Customizability By alexanderkirkegaard, 2017-07-09 via themeforest.net Outdated reliance on Woocommerce plugin, total clusterfock setup. Extremely expensive, especially seeing how its so barebones that you need hours and hours to set it up. Will request a refund as its not as advertised.

We plan to update woocommerce templated this week, so if you encountered any problems with the plugin it will be sorted soon. If you don't want to wait for the theme update, just contact our support team at http://createit.support/ so we could give the files before the official release.
About the problems with setup - our theme is fully compatible with visual drag'n'drop editor Visual Composer. Also there are number of predefined "1 click demo import' content importers, so you don't have to create the entire content from the scratch.
Of course, if you are not satisfied with our item - feel free to submit a new refund request via your envato account - we will be more than happy to give you a refund.

Actually since version 5.0 theme is integrated with Visual Composer. Please make sure that you installed and activated the plugin to use it. Bugs By mrgarcia707, 2016-11-10 via themeforest.net I have installed dozens of wordpress themes and this one was definitely buggy. I uploaded it, installed plugins, and then imported demo content and it still had issues. no bueno.

Design Quality By khits, 2016-08-27 via themeforest.net Great design and fairly easy to customize. I'm not thrilled with the way the count their customer support days. First they are only available 5 days a week. I don't feel like weekend days should count against the overall support time if you're not around to answer questions etc. 2nd when I first purchased this theme they took time off to move and then took a vacation right after the move. Those days should not have counted against my support time either. When they did offer support it was good. Over all great theme, I really like the Truck Locater via the smart phone.
