Excellent support, very quick feedback and assistance.

There are so many errors in this theme. I dont think they looked at it before they sendt it online. If you use this theme you will spent 100 hours on correcting all the errors. Find another theme

I really like this spa theme.
The team support is reactive and always find solution to customize as my needs.

Why anyone would give this theme any less than a 5 is beyond me. I have used hundreds of themes in the past and this one had to be the easiest and the most fun to put together. I struggled to work out a couple of issues so I went to the help forum and there were the answers, to every query.. Anyone giving this author a bad rating really shouldn’t be building websites… This theme is simple, clean, perfect for what it was made for

The theme is easy to work with, Nice design and all. Besides the small glitches you come across here and there, it is overall a great theme & the support that comes with it.

PS: The support team really do need to work a bit on informing clients about changes before hand.

Easy to use and manage

I installed the theme to my staging site and started making some modifications. I ran into a couple of issues and wanted to make modification outside of the scope of the built in customizer. I emailed and Akhlesh Nagar responded to every email quickly and with the perfect solution. A++ support! Thanks!

Creating website/blog completely out of my element! Had a couple of issues to sort out mostly operator (non-pro newbie me) errors. I absolutely must say that I stuck with it and the Webriti forum support stuck with me to figure out what I was doing wrong. They really went above and beyond. The theme is the first one I tried and will now stay with because it works very well for me.

I have seen other past reviews from disappointed users. But the team seems to have fixed previous bugs with the theme. I had no technical issues! And the newly created Woo Commerce complement to the theme even integrates nicely.

Definitely recommend the additional customizing options of the SpaSalon Pro Version-Thank You Imran for outstanding support! You Rock!!

I’ve installed the new version of the wordpress and also of this theme but it always send me to this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/user/public_html/site/wp-content/themes/spasalon/option_pannel/spa_home.php on line 1

And besides, the mais slider does not work.
