I would like to know what is going on with your support system? Normally it´s very fast... I have some issues with the slider revolution that is generating an 500 error and I don´t know what can I do.

We do owe you an apology for waiting a bit longer. Usual response time is within 24h, but some time, because of increased Theme Forest activity and a lot of tickets which are being handled, delays may happen. We really hope once this is solved, you'll be satisfied. Our support team is on your service at support forum for any doubt you have, and we will help you, like we did in past.
Please, note that this issue is probably server related, and fix is pretty easy.

Customer Support By madesymple, 2017-01-13 via themeforest.net Poor support, unwilling to help me with a simple slider issue. They just kept referring to the slider being a 3rd party plugin and did not attempt to help at all.

Documentation Quality By Majlergaard, 2016-11-21 via themeforest.net I bought your Wellspring - A Health, Lifestyle & Wellness Theme, paid 73€ and got NO DOCUMETATION, NO MOVIE-INSTRUCTION , NOTHING, HOW TO SET UP THE SETTING ON WEBSITE.
I am very disappointed, this is waste of money, This is completely useless. Customer support is no support, no help, no answer.
I have purchased few themes and different demo before and from ThemeForest one demo in 2012 and Wellsprins is the only one I cannot get to work !
THERE IS NO INSTRUCTIONS OR NO VIDEO.
Then downloading demo. There wasn't NO SECTION, NO OPTION TO WORK WITH
I want refund or help to set this up and constructive guidelines to work with
And otherwise I can see, it was something mistake and wrong with downloading this from themeforest, because I wanted this model: http://wellspring.mikado-themes.com/tranquil-home/
I got something other: http://wellspring.mikado-themes.com I do not want this model ( I have health blog wellness cabinet, I am not interested in Yoga pictures, I wanted the demo like tranquil

There we explained well our elements.
Also, we located your ticket that has been submitted 13hours ago.
Please, note that average time for response is 24hours, and we are doing our best to answer on all our customer's tickets within one day or even less. Your ticket has been assigned to our support agent who is working on your tickets.
When it comes to desired layout on your installation.
You could get anything you want, just you should import our demo content and rev slider on your installation. Then you'll be able to set desired page for your frontpage.
We really once all this be sorted and considering info from above, you'll consider your bad rating, since we find it a bit unfair to rate our theme with one star. Thank you in advance.
